| 摘 要： | 为提升新能源调度运行管理效果，提出了基于数据平台的新能源调度运行分析系统。分析了新能源资源评估、消纳统计、调度运行的需求，说明了数据平台的特点，结合数据平台业务建立了新能源运行调度分析系统，设计了基于数据平台的软件总体构架，说明了系统功能以及数据接口，阐述了系统在新能源调度管理中的数据流转、过程管控方式，结合工程实例进行了应用效果分析。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the management effect of new energy dispatching operation , a new energy dispatching operation analysis system based on data platform is proposed.The needs of new energy resource assessment , consumption statistics , and dispatching operation are analyzed , the characteristics of the data platform are explained , a new energy operation dispatching analysis system combined with the data platform business is established , the overall software framework based on the data platform is designed , and the system functions and the data interface are explained , the data flow and process control method of the system in the new energy dispatching management are expounded , and the application effect is analyzed in combination with the engineering example. |
