| Abstract: | TiO2-based humidity sensitive ceramics are very important and widely used.This paper reviewed the research and development of the TiO2-based ceramic humidity sensitive elements.The materials' composition,manufacturing technologies,humidity sensing propert ies and recent developments of seven kinds of the above elements were presented. |
