泵站工程C25混凝土配合比优化研究

摘    要:针对南水北调工程泵站最常用的C25等级混凝土,按照配合比优化原则,通过原材料筛选,采用掺加优质粉煤灰降低水泥用量、添加高效减水剂降低水胶比、掺优质引气剂提高抗冻性等措施,设计出优化的混凝土配合比。物理力学性能和耐久性试验研究表明,优化配制几组的混凝土性能均能满足设计要求。综合试验结果,提出了泵站C25W6F100混凝土优化配制措施和控制参数,包括水泥和粉煤灰选用、粉煤灰掺量、水胶比、用水量、含气量、高效减水剂和引气剂掺量等。

Research on the Optimization of C25 Concrete Mix Proportion of Pump Station Engineering

Abstract:C25 concrete was widely used in pump station of the south-north water diversion, an optimized mix proportion was designed based on principle of mix proportion optimization, with methods including the screening of raw material, the supplement of fly ash and super plasticizer to reduce the cement content and water-binder ratio and using air entraining agent to improve frost resistance. Experiments of physical and mechani-cal properties and durability showed that,properties of optimized concrete could meet the design requirement Measures of optimization and con-trol parameters on C25W6F100 concrete of pump station are proposed, including the selection of cement and fly ash, the content of fly ash and air entraining agent, water-binder ratio, water consumption, Air Content, super plasticizer and so on.
