江汉油田矿区规划和建设的实践与思考

江汉油田是一个相对独立的油气生产与生活矿区,在矿区规划和建设上既具有企业式特点,又具有一定的城市化功能。根据这一特点,江汉油田确立了“十一五”期间矿区规划和建设思路,将“八五”期间规划的“三镇一条街”调整为“三片一线”,集中精力进行五七大道沿线的片区调整建设,尽快把油田建设成为以油气、盐卤、石油机械制造工业为主,生产生活设施配套完善,全面发展,具有优美生活环境的水乡园林。在矿区规划和建设上,着重从四个方面入手：1、强化科学规划的理念,维护规划的严肃性、连续性;2、贯彻以人为本的思想,把人文关怀、人性化设计具体化;3、突出水乡园林特色,建设优美矿区;4、坚持可持续发展、因地制宜、与时俱进。

Practice and Ponder on Planning and Building Jianghan Oilfield Mining Area

Jianghan Oilfield is a relatively independent mining area for hydrocarbon production and living.So,it has both enterprise characteristics and a certain city function in mining area plan and construction.According to these characteristics,Jianghan Oilfield ascertains the train of thoughts of mining area plan and construction during "The Eleventh Five Years".That is,it adjusts "Three Towns and One Street" planned during "The Eighth Five Years" into "Three Quarters and One Line",concentrates on adjusting and building blocks along Wuqi Avenue,and builds Jianghan Oilfield Area into a garden of rivers and lakes with beautiful living surroundings which takes oil-gas exploration,bittern chemical industry and petroleum machinery manufacturing as the main body,has matched and complete producing and living facilities,and develops all-roundly.In the mining area plan and construction,the author lays stress on beginning with the following four aspects.Firstly,strengthening the concept of scientific plan and keeping the plan serious and continuous.Secondly,implementing the idea of human-orientation and specifying humanistic care and human design.Thirdly,highlighting the features of a garden of rivers and lakes and building a beautiful mining area.And lastly,sticking to the sustainable development,suiting the measures to local conditions and keeping pace with the times.
