某高层建筑群沉降观测与变形计算

摘    要:高层建筑物沉降观测是对监测对象进行测量,以确定其垂直位置随时间的变化特征。将某高层建筑群沉降观测与变形计算结果对比,指出本工程沉降观测资料准确可靠;顶层封顶后的沉降量相当于总沉降量的82.1%~92.1%,说明砂土地基施工期间的最终沉降量已完成80%以上,满足规范要求;并建议沉降从基础开始监测,逐渐向上引测观测点。

Abstract:The settlement observation for high-rise building is a method which is used to determine its vertical displacement characteristics along with time change.Through comparison of the results of settlement observation and deformation calculation of some high-rise building group,it is pointed out that the data of this settlement observation are credible,the settlement after capping is equal to 82.1%~92.1% of the whole settlement,which indicates that the final settlement of sand foundation construction can meet r...
