| 摘 要： | 采用可编程序控制器(PLC)对双面铣床传统的继电器一接触器电气控制系统进行改造，给出了双面铣床PLC电气控制系统的设计梯形图、输入输出接线图。PLC的应用不但大大地提高了双面铣床电气控制系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力，而且大大地简化和减少了维修维护的工作量。

| Abstract: | The relay-contactor electric control system of dal-milling machine was reconstructed by adopting Programmable Logic Controller. The trapezia drawing of PLC control reconstruction was provided, and I/O wiring diagram was also provided. With the application of PLC, the reliability and anti-jamming of electric control system were improved. |
