住宅建筑环境评价与分析

摘    要:住宅建筑环境评价采用主观评价与客观评价相结合的综合评价方法,通过对室内热舒适环境、空气品质、综合舒适环境分析研究,评判室内的空气温度、相对湿度、气流速度、平均辐射温度;室内空气品质:一氧化碳、二氧化碳、甲醛含量、可挥发性有机化合物,听觉环境和视觉环境:“声、光、电”及建筑装饰色彩等多项内容.

Abstract:The residential building environment is a kind of synthetical evaluation, which is combined with subjective and objective appraisal. Through research on room internal heating-comfortable environment, air quality and synthesis comfortable environment, it can pass judgment on airtemperature, relative-humidity, stream velocity, the average radiation temperature indoor, the air quality indoor: including CO, CO2, Formaldehyde content, VOC, the sense of hearing environment and visual sense environment: including sound, light, electricity, the construction decoration color and so on.
