摘    要:针对不便于进行试验室鉴定其可靠性水平的军用电子产品,提出了一种可操作性较强的可靠性评估方法。该方法应用已收集的调试、环境试验等其他的试验数据,通过环境因子的折算,并采用经典法对产品的平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)做出区间估计。最终完成对评估对象可靠性水平的评估。

Abstract:To solve the problem of estimating the reliability of some military electronic equipment that is difficult to test for qualification in the laboratory, a method having good operability to test. The data is adopted by consideration of environmental coefficient. The MTBF (Mean Time between Failures) is calculated by applying the classical interval estimation theory, and the level of reliability of the equipment is known ultimately.
