摘    要:基于研发200kW薄煤层采煤机用隔爆型感应电动机项目,配合整体电磁方案设计工作,采用有限元软件进行了感应电动机的电气性能计算、冷却系统水路压力和流量计算、长时工作制S1或短时工作制S2的电机主要部件温度场分析。解决了薄煤层采煤机电机设计的关键问题,具有较高的实用性。

Abstract:Based on the research and development of a 200kW flame-proof induction motor for thin coal layer shearer, the electric performance and the water pressure and flow rate of cooling system are calculated using finite element software by matching with whole electromagnetic design plan. The temperature field of main parts of S1 (long) and S2(short) duty type motor are analyzed. It solves the key problem in design of the motor and has higher economical benefits.
