凝汽器水室平衡循环水管道盲板力的研究分析

摘    要:通过对核电循环水管道盲板力和凝汽器及汽轮机低压缸整体受力的研究分析,阐述循环水管道盲板力对机组安全运行的影响,改变了凝汽器水室接管的自身结构,采用在水室接管上设置盲板力平衡装置的方法,平衡了循环水管道的盲板力,确保了机组的安全运行。

Abstract:Based on the analysis on the blind plate force of circulating water pipe and the stress of condenser and turbine LP-casing of Yangjiang Nuclear Power Station, the influence of the blind plate force on the safe operation of power unit has been described in the paper. The structure of condenser water box nozzles was improved, the blind plate force balance device was set in the nozzles of the water box and the blind plate force of circulating water pipe was balanced so as to ensure the safe operation of power unit.
