摘    要:目前,燃煤电站制粉系统因掺烧经济煤种,出现了出力降低、煤粉细度粗、制粉单耗高、无备用磨等问题。针对上述问题及增加中速磨煤机煤种适应性的目的,提出了在中速磨煤机增加原煤预干燥系统技术路线。该技术由入磨热风道引出部分热风由落煤管随原煤进入磨煤机内部,优化磨煤机热风入磨方式,对原煤进行预干燥。在某电厂ZGM113K磨煤机上进行了应用,效果良好,降低通风阻力300Pa以上,降低磨煤单耗0.5kWh/t煤以上,小幅提升了磨煤机出力。

Abstract:At present,the pulverizing system of coal-fired power stations has some problems,such as reduced output,fine degree of pulverizing coal,high consumption of pulverizing coal,and no spare grinding.In view of the above problems and the purpose of increasing the coal adaptability of medium-speed coal mill,the technical route of increasing the pre-drying system of raw coal in medium-speed coal mill was put forward.In this technology,the part of hot air derived from the hot air channel into the grinding mill goes into the coal mill from the coal drop pipe along with the raw coal,and the hot air enters the grinding mill to optimize the way of hot air entering the grinding mill to predry the raw coal.It was applied to ZGM113K coal mill in a power plant,with good effect,reducing the ventilation resistance above 300Pa,reducing the coal grinding unit consumption above 0.5kwh/t,and slightly increasing the output of the coal mill.
