| 摘 要： | 全球纺织智能制造的竞争,归根结底是创新型人才竞争。在"大众创业、万众创新"模式和纺织智能制造发展的背景下,培养纺织创新型人才是高职纺织院校认真考虑的问题。通过剖析培养创新型人才的重要性,从建设创新型师资队伍、搭建"教、学、做合一"的实践教学平台、创新教学模式、构建持续改进的多元化多角度评价方式对高职纺织创新型人才的培养进行了探索。

| Abstract: | Global textile intelligent manufacturing competition is innovative talent competition in the final analysis.Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" mode and the development of textile intelligent manufacturing,cultivating textile innovative talents is a serious problem for higher vocational textile colleges to consider.This paper analyzes the importance of cultivating innovative talents,explores the cultivation of textile innovative talents in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of building innovative teaching staff,building practical teaching platform of "teaching,learning and doing in one",innovating teaching mode and constructing diversified multi-angle evaluation methods of continuous improvement. |
