| 摘 要： | 油气田采油厂(作业区)、采气厂日常生产运行中设备的本质质量及安全性与可靠性措施是确保整个地面工艺流程运行、设备及员工安全的关键所在,本文从设备的设计标准规范、制造质量及检验、安装验收、技术防护措施及自动化监控、数字化管理等方面,从技术层面分析了目前采油厂(作业区)、采气厂生产地面工艺流程及主要设备的安全性与可靠性的质量安全问题,以及采取的相应具体安全措施。

| Abstract: | The essential quality,safety and reliability measures of equipment in the daily production and operation of oil and gas fields oil production plants(operation areas)and gas production plants are the key to ensuringthe operation of the entire surface process,equipment and employees.In terms of manufacturing quality and inspection,installation and acceptance,technical protection measures and automated monitoring,and digital management,the technical aspects of the current production processes and major equipment safety and reliability ofthe oil production plant(operation area)and gas production plant are analyzed,as well as quality and safety issues and the corresponding specific safety measures taken. |
