川西深层水平井井身结构探讨

摘    要:川西深层资源丰富,但地质情况复杂,具有岩石超致密、压力高、产量大等特点。常规直井和定向井面临钻井周期长、机械钻速慢、裂缝钻遇率低等难题。针对须家河组钻井难点,结合目前的工具工艺技术水平,从水力参数优化、防漏堵漏工艺、定向配套工具以及套管防磨等方面入手,提出了川西深层水平井井身结构设计方案,即:采用常规钻头-套管系列,技术套管尽量下至水平井段,减少四开施工难度,水平井段采用215.9mm钻头施工。同时该井身结构方案首次提出将须三、须二同时揭示,通过钻井液技术解决喷漏同存难题,降低须二段钻井难度的设想。该井身结构设计有利于提高深层水平井钻井成功率,同时也为川西深层直井、定向井井身结构设计提出了新的思路。

Discussion on Western Sichun deep horizontal well structure
Abstract:Deep resources is rich in Western Sichuan, but the geological conditions is complex with the rock super dense,high pressure, large output and so on. Conventional vertical wells and directional drilling wells have to encountered drilling problems as long life cycle, mechanical drilling speed slow, low rates of crack. Aimed at Xujiahe drilling difficulty, combined with current tools technology level, started with the hydraulic parameter optimization, leakage plugging techniques, supporting tools, and casing wear to put forward deep wells structure design program in western Sichuan,namely: conventional drill bit - Casing series, technical casing down to the horizontal well as to reduce four open construction difficulty and the horizontal well construction using 215. 9 mm drill bit. At the same time this program brought forward the discoveries of Xiusan and Xiuer simultaneously for the first time, reduced the difficulty of Xiuer drilling through drilling fluid technology to solve the problemof technical sprayed through the fluid leakage. The casing design is conducive to improve the success rate of drilling of deep horizontal wells, but also bring a new way of thinking for the design of the body structure of the West Sichuan deep vertical wells and directional wells.
