淬火介质冷却特性磁电测试的研究

摘    要:本文在分析比较现有淬火介质冷却特性测定方法的基础上,提出了磁电测试法,设计了新型磁电传感器,进行了比较试验,结果表明,试验结果更接近淬火实际过程,对工艺应用更有实际参考价值。

Abstract:Based on the existing measurement methods of cooling characteristics of quenching mediums,meagnetocletric measurement is put forward. A new type of magnetoelectric sentor is designed. After comparison tests,the results of magnetoelectric measurement are closer to virtual process than the results of other methds. So, magnetoelectric measurement can be more suitable for technological appliation.
