海绵钛生产现状及技术开发

摘    要:海绵钛工业化生产始于1948年。在近50年的发展过程中,镁还原法生产技术取得突破性进展,钠还原法已被放弃。目前,生产海锦钛的国家有日本、独联体、美国和中国,仅8个厂家,年产能力达10 ̄13万t,年产量达5 ̄10万t,可以满足世界各国的需求,海绵太生产技术的开发,包括传播生产方法的改进和新法的研究,旨在缩短工艺流程、节约能源、降低生产成本、提高产品质量和生产率。

Abstract:The industrial production of titanium sponge started in 1948. The notable progress of magnesium reducion process(Kroll process ) has been made during the last half century . However , sodium reduction process (Hunter process) was abandoned. There are totally eight plants which are now producing Ti-sponge in China CIS, Japan and USA. The production capacity of Ti-sponge in the world is estimated to be approximetely 100 to 130kt per year, While the actual production of Ti-sponge is believed to be of the order of 50 to 80kt per year, which entirely meets the demands of customers in the world. The development of commercial production teChnology including further improvement of Kroll process and an exploration of alternative methods are aimed at shortening the process, saving power energy, reducing production cost, improving product qanlity and raising productivity.
