| 摘 要： | 介绍了金属全密封大电流三相整流模块的设计和制作工艺.它主要采用真空烧结、超声压焊工艺,封装采用平行缝焊.该模块具有使用方便、可靠性高和温度范围宽(-55～+125 ℃)等特点,并能满足工程需要.
