超低硬度水的循环冷却水系统防腐的研究

摘    要:本文针对某电厂以超低硬度水作为补充水的循环冷却水系统的防腐进行了试验研究。结果表明,“PAA-HEDP-BTA”三元复合配方水质稳定剂B具有优良的防腐抗氧化性能。在浓缩倍数4的条件下,当水质稳定剂B投加量大于4mg/L时,铜管腐蚀速度小于0.0012mm/a;在4030mg/L·h活性氯的氧化强度下,其防腐效果没有明显下降;FeSO4镀膜能明显增强铜管的耐蚀能力。

Abstract:In this paper, some experimental researches on the anticorrosive treatment of cyclically cooling system of a power plant, with water of ultra low hardness, were done. The results showed that water stabilizer B, a ternary complex with PAA, HEDP and BTA, owned excellent anticorrosive and antioxygenic effect. When the ratio of concentration is 4 and the concentration of the stabilizer is greater than 4mg/L, the corrosion rate of copper is less than 0.0012mm/a. The effect of corrosion pretection does not decrase evidently even when oxidation strength is 4030ppm/h active chlorine. The corrosion inhibition of copper can be increased largely through ferrous sulphate-coating treatment on the surface of copper tube.
