乳化液膜连续处理含Cu2+废水的研究

摘    要:研究乳化液膜连续化处理含Cu2 废水的工艺过程以及提取转速、处理比和乳化液循环使用对Cu2 提取率的影响。结果表明,乳化液膜连续提铜工艺系统运行稳定,Cu2 提取率在92%以上,最佳提取转速为450r/min,处理比越大,Cu2 提取率越高,通过补加新鲜乳液可使破乳后乳液循环回用。

Abstract:The continuously proposal process of wastewater containing Cu~(2 ) by means of liquid emulsion membrane and the effects of extracting speed,treatment ratio and recycled emulsion on extraction rate of Cu~(2 ) are investigated.The results show that this Cu~(2 ) continuously extracting system is stable in running and Cu~(2 ) extraction rate is over 92%.The optimum extracting speed is 450r/min.The larger the treatment ratio,the higher the extraction rate of Cu~(2 ).By adding new emulsion,the used emulsion can be recycled.
