| 摘 要： | 对黄铜管换热器管束在制造中发生应力腐蚀,导致铜管破裂的内在原因进行了分析,优化了制造工艺方案,提出了黄铜管换热器制造中对管束进行氨渗漏检验应注意的事项。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the intrinsic reasons of the cracking of brass tubes resulted from stress corrosion during the fabrication of brass heat exchanger fube bundle,and presents attentions that should be paid to when making ammonia penetrative test to the tube bundle in its fabrication. |
