液化天然气泄漏与扩散的安全性分析

能源供应紧张的现状，使得我国的LNG进口量快速增长，LNG接收终端和港口设备可能发生LNG溢出的危险性及破坏性也备受关注。为此，介绍了我国LNG进口和终端建设情况，结合国内外LNG泄漏与扩散的试验和模拟，对可能发生的LNG船舶碰撞危害性、LNG泄露的扩散和火灾危险性等方面研究进行了综述和分析，并对其中的不确定性问题进行了讨论，给出了进行LNG风险评价的建议。

SECURITY ANALYSIS ON LNG LEAKAGE AND DIFFUSION

The energy supply is in urgent need in the developing China and so the amount of imported LNG is increasing day by day at present. LNG leakage may possibly happen at any times to LNG receiving terminal and those equipments at seaports, the dangers and damages of which should be paid much attention to. Therefore, this paper introduces on LNG importing and the construction of LNG receiving terminal in China. Combing testing and modeling study of LNG leakage and diffusion both home and abroad, it summarizes and analyzes the potential threatening risks on LNG boats cracking, LNG leakage &; diffusion, fires disaster, and so on, and it discusses the uncertainties of those problems as well. In the end, it puts forward some suggestions on LNG risk evaluation.
