烧结厂烧结配料专家系统设计

摘    要:烧结厂烧结配料之前必须计算出准确的配料比 .目前各烧结厂广泛采用验算法 ,此法对配料工经验要求高 ,费时 ,准确率受限制 .系统根据烧结理论与生产所获工业数据构造数学模型 ,以群体专家经验得到的定性知识构成规则模型 ,将解析的数学模型与基于知识的规则模型相结合 ,采用自适应算法确定配料比 .

Abstract:Before blending mines, a sinter plant must have calculated an accurate blending ratio. At present, the method of checking computations, a high demand for workers,which wasting time and restricting veracity, is adopted abroad by most sinter plants. According to the sintering theory and using statistical data acquired from industry processes, a mathematical model is designed and a rule model is proposed with qualitative knowledge derived from experts' experience. The rule model ,combined with the mathematical model and the self adapted arithmetic, is adopted to compute the blending ratio of mine.
