| 摘 要： | 根据铁道车辆制动盘(以下简称制动盘)的性能要求，材质、结构特点，在铸造工艺上采取了一系列的措施，解决了缩松、粘砂、延伸率达不到要求等铸造缺陷，确定了该产品适宜的浇注温度、浇注速度、合金加入量。
