教职工身心健康状况调查

高校医院是服务学校教学、科研工作,保障全院师生身心健康和教学科研任务顺利进行的后盾力量。常青第五社区是我校教职工及家属的主要居住地。首次问卷调查了本社区居民（主要是学校教职工）的身心健康状况。研究结果显示,社区（我校教职工）身心健康状态良好,性别、年龄、疾病等因素除对个体的躯体主观不适感有显著的影响外,对心理健康的其他方面没有明显影响。

Survey of staffs physical and mental health

The hospital of university is the department for teaching and scientific research. The fifth community of Chang Qing garden is the primary residential area of the workers of our school faculty and their families. It is the first time to collect data on physical and mental health of community residents in this study. The thesis researches the mental health and its influence on the workers in our school,and finds that the community（ Mainly refers to faculty and staff in College） mental health status is well. The important factors affecting the individual＇s subjective discomfort include the gender,age,disease and so on,and these factors affect the individual＇s subjective discom- fort,such as cardiovascular,gastrointestinal,respiratory,sleep,diet and so on,but no significant impact on other aspects of mental health is discovered.
