| 摘 要： | 湖北是我国最大的油菜生产省份,其油菜籽产量截至2012年已是连续17年在全国名列第一。然而湖北各油菜生产区域竞争力并不平衡。Q型聚类法是一种使用广泛的样本聚类分析方法。为了对湖北油菜生产区域规划提供科学依据,以湖北市（州、区）行政区划为区域样本,运用Q型聚类法对湖北10个主要油菜生产市（州、区）进行区域竞争力的实证分析。

| Abstract: | Hubei rape industry is in the advanced position in China with its No. 1 production in a succession of 17 years and even almost half the production of rapeseed oil. While the regional competitiviness is different and for the scientific basis of regional programme in Hubei,it＇s very important to study the regional comeptitiveness in Hubei under the background of the decision of making the rapeseed industry to be a 100 billion yuan. We try to give an empirical ananysis on top 10＇s regional competitiveness in production in Hubei based on Q- classification and ad- ministrative unit in this chapter. |
