摘    要:该文利用摄像头和投影仪平台,设计并实现了基于动态参数控制的结构光三维扫描系统。首先采用张正友棋盘格标定算法计算摄像头和投影仪的内参矩阵及畸变系数,然后利用三角测量法原理及格雷码编解码技术计算被测物体表面的三维坐标值。由于结构光扫描系统一般要求实验场景是封闭不透光的暗室,但实际实验环境往往存在外界光照,导致物体表面光照强度过强,使拍摄照片曝光过度,进而影响扫描精度。为了消除外界光照对测量结果的影响,提出在进行结构光扫描之前采用动态调节摄像头的增益水平和投影仪的投射光强这两个动态参数,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Based on the dynamic parameter control , this paper designs a structured light 3 D scanning system using webcam and projector .Firstly, this paper uses ZHANG Zheng-you calibration algorithm to calculate the intrinsic parameters and distortion coefficients of webcam and projector , then uses triangulation and encoding and decoding of Gray code to calculate three-dimensional coordinate .Generally, 3D scanning system should be in a sealed opaque dark room , but in reality it may exist external illumination , thus the surface of the object may become high brightness and lead to photo overexposed .This problem will affect the result .This paper dynamic controls two parameters which are the webcam gain and the projector's projection brightness before scanning the object, which achieve a better result .Finally, it compares the experimental results .
