非发酵豆制品中合成着色剂测定方法的研究

摘    要:建立了非发酵豆制品中合成着色剂测得的高效液相色谱法。用无水乙醇-氨水(2ml浓氨水稀释至100m1)-水(70:20:10)提取合成着色剂,采用AgilentEclipseXDB—C18(4.6ram×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.02m0儿乙酸铵,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长:254nm。在此色谱条件下进行检测,结果表明,两种合成着色剂,方法回收率均为90%以上,方法最低检出限均为0.02mg/kg。该方法可有效检测非发酵豆制品中合成着色剂含量。

Abstract:Establish a method to determination of synthetic colorants in non-fermentedbean products by HPLC. extraction of synthetic colorants with Anhydrous ethanol - ammonia.Use Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6mm ×150mm, 5 μ m ) ; Mobile phase: methanol-0.02mol / L ammonium acetate; Gradient elution with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min, column temperature: 35℃, detection wavelength: 254nm. Be detected under this chromatographic conditions, results show that the method recoveries were 90%, method minimum detection limits were 0.02mg/kg. This method can effectively detect the content of synthetic colorants in non-fermented bean products.
