基于CAN总线和STM32的智能步进电机驱动模块设计

摘    要:本文针对传统仪用步进电机驱动控制系统中存在的不足,设计了基于CAN总线和STM32的智能步进电机驱动控制模块。文中重点对两种系统框架的优缺点进行比较,阐述了系统的软硬件设计方案,实现了对多个步进电机的分布式控制。测试结果表明,系统性能稳定,实现了细分驱动模式下的精确定位。

Abstract:The article suggests a design which is based on STM32 MCU and CAN-BUS of intelligent stepper motor drive control module,aiming at the lack of the traditional instrument with stepping motor drive control system. This article emphasisly focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of the two systems framework comparison,elaborates the design of the system of hardware and software,and achieved a distributed control of a plurality of stepper motor.The test results show that the system performance and stability, to achieve precise positioning subdivision drive mode.
