| 摘 要： | 精整及热处理是生产高档次管坯、机械加工用材和汽车用钢的必要工序，而精整及热处理能力不足，制约了轧钢生产能力的提高，对精整及热处理工序进行改造和重新梳理后消除了制约瓶颈，充分发挥了整条棒材生产线的效能。

| Abstract: | The finishing and heat treatment line is necessary for the high-grade pipe blank, structural steel for machining and automobile. The lower capacity of the finishing and heat treatment line restricts the increase of the rolling capacity. After the technical modification of the line, eliminate the bottle neck and enable the whole bar mill make full use of its capacity. |
