| 摘 要： | 学校民主建设和民主管理是社会主义政治文明的重要组成部分，对深化教育改革、促进教育发展有着不可低估的作用。笔者认为，学校领导要提高对民主管理的认识，尊重教职工的民主权利，并采取措施增强教职工的民主管理和参政议政的能力。

| Abstract: | The management and construct of college democracy is one main part of our socialism plitical civilization,which plays an indispensable role to the advance of education and deepening of education reform. The auther thinks that leaders of colleges should pay more attention to the cognition of democracy management. Respect to the teachers' democratic rights,and take measures to improve the teachers' ability on democracy management and the suffrage. |
