电沉积Ni—Mo—P—SiC复合镀层的热力学分析

摘    要:计算并绘制了Ni- P- H2O系电位- pH图,从热力学角度分析了电沉积Ni- Mo- P- SiC复合镀层的机理。结果表明,磷不能单独从水溶液中沉积出来,但它可以与镍以Ni3P的形式实现共沉积。

Abstract:The voltage-pH diagram of Ni-P-H 2O system in 298K standard condition was plotted by means of dependable thermodynamic data.The mechanism of electrodeposition Ni-Mo-P-SiC composite coating was analyzed with respect to thermodynamics.The results showed that phosphorus could not be co-deposited in solution.However,it could be co-deposited with nickel in type of Ni 3P.
