| 摘 要： | 本文应用灰色系统理论，建立了山西电网年最大电力负荷和峰谷差的灰色预测模型并计算出到2005年的年最大电力负荷和峰谷差的预测值。根据预测结果，针对解决电网调峰问题提出了相应的解决办法和措施。
