摘    要:轧辊是轧钢生产中的主要部件,在复杂应力下容易产生表面裂纹,对轧辊的使用寿命、轧材质量有严重的影响,因此轧辊表面裂纹检测至关重要.轧辊出现损伤时,其固有频率也会发生改变.采用振动法比较分析不同位置的表面裂纹对轧辊固有频率、位移模态、应变模态和一阶模态下轴向位移频响函数的影响.结果表明:一阶模态下的轴向位移对轧辊表面裂纹位...

Abstract:Roller is a major part in steel rolling production. Under complex stress, it is easy to produce surface crack, which has serious influence on the service life of roll and the quality of rolled products. Therefore, the roll surface crack damage detection is important. The effects of surface cracks at different positions on the natural frequency, displacement mode, strain mode and axial displacement frequency response function in first order mode of the roll were compared and analyzed by using vibration method. The results show that the axial displacement in first order mode is the most sensitive to the detection and identification of the crack position on the surface of the roll, so it can be used as the main marker to judge the crack position.
