基于BS7910评定高压加热器筒体分层缺陷安全性

摘    要:通过对火电厂高压加热器筒体母材16MnR进行力学性能试验和对母材分层缺陷进行有限元应力分析,基于"合于使用"原则,依据英国标准BS7910对筒体分层缺陷进行了安全性评定、疲劳评定、剩余寿命评估。结果表明,该容器筒体分层缺陷在正常运行工况下将不会影响其安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Mechanical properties of 16MnR of the high-pressure heater was tested, and combined with test data ob- tained,the stress of lamination defects of the high-pressure heater shell was analyzed by finite-element method. Sub- sequently, based on the principle of "fitness for service" ,the lamination defects were conducted on the safety assess- ment, fatigue assessment, remaining life assessment according to British Standard BS7910. The results showed that the vessel lamination defects in the normal operation condition will not affect its safe and stable operation.
