| 摘 要： | 近红外光谱分析是一种快速、无损的在线分析技术，为药物生产过程提供了良好的监测和控制平台。现以混合、制粒、干燥、包衣等关键单元操作为对象，将近红外光谱分析技术在固体制剂生产中的应用现状做一综述。

| Abstract: | Near-infrared spectroscopy is a fast and non-destructive analytical technique that offers many advantages for monitoring and controlling platform of pharmaceutical industry. In this work, we review the application of nearinfrared spectroscopy in the processing of pharmaceutical solid preparation such as blending, granulation, drying and coating process. |
