摘    要:K62N68A材料具有较高的强度和优良的抗应力松弛性能,随着电站机组参数的不断提高,广泛应用于超超临界机组汽轮机进汽阀螺栓材料。针对某发电公司1 000 MW超超临界机组主汽阀、调节汽阀断裂的螺栓失效问题,通过宏观形貌、断口扫描电镜、化学成分、常温与高温力学性能、金相组织分析等试验,得出螺栓失效的原因。

Abstract:K62N68A was widely used in bolt of inlet valve of ultra-super critical steam turbine along with increase of equipment parameter in power plant for its high strength and excellent anti-stress relaxation property. According to bolt failure of main steam valve and governing valve in one 1 000 MW ultra-super critical steam turbine, macro-scopi- cal morphology, SEM observation on fracture surface, chemical content, mechanical properties under normal tempera- ture and high temperature and metallographic structure were analyzed and failure cause was obtained.
