摘    要:论述了一起自并励机组启动试验中,由于错误估计了励磁变空载合闸的励磁涌流,导致在励磁变压器低压侧三相短路时保护拒动的事故经过,分析了励磁变空载合闸的励磁涌流产生的机理,指出了电源电压较大幅度低于额定电压时,变压器空载合闸不会产生励磁涌流,在此基础上给出了合理的励磁试验电源继电保护的整定计算方法。

Abstract:Because of misestimating the inrush current when excitation transformer was no-load closed in a start test of shunt self excitation unit,the protective action was failed when the low voltage side of the excitation transformer occurred three-phase short circuit. This paper analyzed the generation mechanism for inrush current when excitation transformer was no-load closed, and pointed out that when the supply voltage was largely lower than rated voltage,in- rush current would not occur by transformer no-load closing. Based on this analysis,it proposed an reasonable setting calculation method for relay protection of excitation test.
