摘    要:为了研究运行工况在锅炉受热面管失效分析中的作用,文章以一实例,通过运行中出现的特殊工况进行深入分析,判断出首个泄漏点的位置,并通过微观分析、力学性能等验证了判断的准确性。从而提出了合理运用运行工况为锅炉受热面管的失效分析提供更多的思路和线索,使工程中分析锅炉爆管原因更加准确、快捷、高效。

Abstract:In order to study the role of the operating conditions in analyzing the failure of boiler heating surface tube,this paper with an instance analyzed in depth the special conditions in operation to determine the location of the leak,the microscopic analysis and mechanical performance verified the accuracy of judgment.Thus the rational operating conditions were proposed to provide more ideas and clues for analyzing the failure of the boiler heating surface tube,and engineering analysis of boiler tube leakage is more accurate,fast and efficient.
