Role of Operating Conditions in Analyzing Failure of Boiler Heating Surface Tube

In order to study the role of the operating conditions in analyzing the failure of boiler heating surface tube,this paper with an instance analyzed in depth the special conditions in operation to determine the location of the leak,the microscopic analysis and mechanical performance verified the accuracy of judgment.Thus the rational operating conditions were proposed to provide more ideas and clues for analyzing the failure of the boiler heating surface tube,and engineering analysis of boiler tube leakage is more accurate,fast and efficient.
