摘    要:目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱Gemini C18(4.6mm×250nm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(32:68),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长205nm,柱温30℃,进样量20此。结果黄芪甲苷检测浓度的线性范围0.2~8.0μg(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率99.35%(RSD=0.79%)。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于测定蜂胶黄芪软胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination ofastragaloside IV in health food. Methods The experiment was carried out on Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm)column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water(32 : 68) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min1. The detection wavelength was 205 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. The sample size was 20 μL. Results The linear range of astragaloside IV was 0.2-8.0 μg (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.35 % (RSD =0.79 %). Conclusion The method employed in this analysis is simple, precise and reproducible, and it can be used for the determination of astragaloside IV in propolis astragalus soft capsule.
