夹片式碳纤维板锚具的有限元分析及设计

摘    要:利用摩阻锚固原理设计出一种用于加固混凝土结构的预应力碳纤维板夹片式锚具,该锚具由夹片和锚板组成,工作时锚板、夹片以及碳纤维板互相挤压成整体。基于ANSYS有限元分析软件分析夹片式锚具的工作原理及力学模型设计锚具的关键尺寸:长100mm、锚板锥角2.0°、预紧力100kN,此时能较好满足张拉碳纤维板时的受力要求。通过两组碳纤维板锚具组装件进行静载拉力试验,结果表明该铺具具有较好的锚固夹持件能。

Abstract:A wedge-type anchor for prestressed CFRP plates strengthening reinforced concrete structure is pres- ented in this paper. The anchor consists of an anchor slab and two wedges, forms a whole structure with squee- zing anchor slab, wedge and CFRP plate mutually. The working principle and mechanism model of the anchor are presented based on ANSYS. The key dimensions of the anchor better suits carrying requests of tensioning CFRP plate are designed. The length is 100 mm, cone angle is 2. 0°, pre-tightening force is 100 kN, Two groups static loading tensile tests of the CFRP plate anchor show the anchor with a high anchorage behavior.
