| 摘 要： | 高职院校的教育教学目标是培养高素质、高技能的社会需要的应用型人才,学生技能的培养在高职教育中处于重要地位,因此建设一支高技能、高教育水平的实训指导教师队伍是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要工作之一。对此,分析产学研结合在实训指导教师队伍建设中的意义和作用并提出实现的途径。
