汽车发动机长效冷却液的研究

摘    要:国内外发动机冷却液研究以长效无胺型为主,特别是从无机型缓蚀剂向有机型缓蚀剂过渡,以便进一步改善冷却液性能。采用8~9种有机型和无机型优质缓蚀剂复配,可充分发挥各缓蚀剂的优势和协同效应,开发的汽车发动机长效冷却液产品符合美国ASTM D3306-89标准。

Abstract:The engine cooling fluid research work both in China and foreign countries is placing emphasis on thelong effective and amine-free type, and shows a tendency of transition from inorganic corrosion inhibitors to organicones, to further improve the performance of cooling fluid. It is found that there is a synergism by reformulation with 8-9 super-quality organic and inorganic corrosion inhibitors, and this results in a long effective automobile engine cool-ing fluid which meets ASTM D3306-89 standard.
