摘    要:本文对井下低压电网单相漏电的暂态过程进行了详细地分析计算,得出了暂态过程时间、漏电电流等参数的数学表达式及其变化规律,并提出现代漏电保护系统的设计和动作值整定应该兼顾暂态、稳态过程中电气参数的观点。

Abstract:This paper makes a detailed analysis of transient state of single-phase earth leakage in underground low-voltage network. The author has worked out a mathematical expression of such parameters as duration of the transient state, leakage current, and variation of regularities, putting forward a new idea that the electrical parameters of both transient and stable states should be taken into account In design of a modern leakage protection system and in setting of operating values.
