| 摘 要： | 通过对河南省偃师市沼气使用和服务的实地调查,发现沼气服务体系中存在许多须要解决的问题。针对沼气服务体系建设存在的人员配备和资金投入的盲目性,建立了服务网点投入优化配置模型,得出在服务网点建设中,服务网点人员数量、沼气用户覆盖数、设备投入、日常维修及宣传培训的优化方案。最后,尝试性地提出了"沼气用户-服务网点"互惠循环经济模式,阐述了这种模式的内容和具体运行情况及优缺点,为今后的沼气服务体系建设提供参考。 |
