摘    要:针对一矿热炉短网铜排温度的增高,导体电阻增大,使单位电耗增加等问题,对其进行改进。对改进前后进行分析比较、推导计算,指出降低短网温度能有效地节约电能,具有提高产品产量等优点。

Abstract:Against the increasing of short web copper bar's temperature and conductor resistance in a 6300kV.A smelting electric furnace,an improvement was adopted to decrease the unit electricity consumption.Compared with the short web before improvement,it showed that reducing the short web's temperature could save electric energy effectively.Moreover the product yield was improved.
