摘    要:本文报道了维生素D的发现以及它们的光化学合成与进展。中国科学院理化技术研究所开发了一条从胆固醇合成 7 DHC的新路线,提出了一条光化学合成维生素D3 的创新技术路线,并已经转让实施。同时还提出一条光化学合成维生素D2 的创新技术路线。

Abstract:In present paper, the discovery of vitamin D and their syntheses by using photochemical reaction were introduced and reviewed. A new process for synthesis of 7-DHC based on cholesterol and the innovation technology for synthesis of vitamin D 3 by photochemical reaction have been developed by the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the process has been industrialized. An innovative process for synthesizing vitamin D 2 by photochemical reaction is also put forward.
