钱塘江水污染分析与小城镇污水治理对策

通过对钱塘江流域主要污染物特征、来源及污水处理设施的分析与评价,得出了钱塘江流域小城镇污染已大大超过了城市污染的重要结论。根据钱塘江流域环境承载力研究成果和流域小城镇发展规划,提出了钱塘江流域小城镇污水处理建设目标、建设规模、建设投资估算与对策建议。

Analysis of water pollution control in the Qiantang River and countermeasures for the small townships

According to the analysis and evaluation of the characters and sources of the main contaminations and wastewater treatment facilities in the Qiantang River basin,the important con- clusion has been got by this paper that pollutions in the small townships are much more serious than the cities in the Qiantang River basin.On the basis of the research conclusion of the Qiantang River capacity and the small townships development planning,the construction goal,the construc- tion capacity and the construction investment estimation in Qiantang River basin have been put forward in the end.
