| 摘 要： | 研究了纺 62dtex/ 72f细旦涤纶低弹网络丝的工艺。结果表明 ,纺丝温度 2 91℃ ,上油率控制在 0 .7%～ 0 .8% ,条干不匀率小于 3 .8% ,网络工艺控制要防止出现飘丝 ,可生产出优质细旦涤纶低弹网络丝。

| Abstract: | The effects of spinning parameters such as spinning temperature ,POY elongation at break,yarn unevenness and interlacing process on the production of 62 dtex/72 f fine denier low elastic interlaced PET yarn are studied. The results showed that the top quality fine denier fiber will be obtained when the spinning parameters are selected such as the spinning temperature is 291 ℃,oil up take is in the range of 0.7%～0.8% and yarn unevenness is below 3.8%( CV ) and drift filament is successfully avoided during the course of interlacing. |
