真空接触器动力学模型的仿真分析

摘    要:应用有限元和动力学分析方法,完成了真空接触器动力学模型的仿真分析,得出分/合闸过程动触头行程曲线。同时,对真空接触器进行机械特性测试,通过仿真与试验结果的对比分析,验证了动力学模型的准确度和仿真方法的可行性,结果有助于真空接触器的产品开发设计。

Abstract:Taking vacuum contactor as the study object, a simulation analysis of the vacuum contactor was accomplished and the curve route of the moving contact was figured out by using finite element method and dynamic analysis method. In the meantime, the mechanical characteristics of the vacuum eontactor were tested. Through comparing simulation results with the experimental results, the accuracy of dynamic model and the feasibility of simulation method were verified. The results can provide theoretical guide to the design and development of vacuum eontaetor.
