| 摘 要： | 节能降耗项目绝大多数是在已有装置基础上实施的改扩建项目.炼油化工节能降耗项目经济评价,增量效益和增量费用可直接计算,可以将"有无对比法"简化为直接增量分析方法.既有企业节能降耗项目的实施,只是降低相应燃料动力价格中的变动成本部分,项目经济评价应采用变动成本价格;若采用市场价格,会导致高估项目经济效益的偏差.

| Abstract: | Energy-saving and reduce consumption project is normally reconstruction and expansion project based on original equipment. During the economic evaluation of the project in oil refinery and chemical industry, incremental efficiency and incremental fee can be directly calculated. Using the new simplified directly incremental analysis way, the project economic efficiency can be estimated by using of lowed variable cost price. The economic efficiency will be overestimated when using market price. |
